Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wommio website and AI website builder service (“Service”) operated by Wommio (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Checkout and Paddle (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you pay through our Paddle checkout, Paddle also provides payment processing and receipting; payment, billing, and refund rules follow Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.

2. Service description

Wommio provides tools to generate and edit website content using AI, subject to your selected plan limits and fair use. Features may change over time; we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You may not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to overload or abuse our systems.

4. Intellectual property

Output you generate for your own use is subject to the rights and restrictions applicable to your plan and applicable law. The Wommio name, logo, software, and branding remain our property.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy policy describes how we process personal data.

6. Refunds

Refunds for purchases completed through Paddle are handled according to the Paddle Refund Policy. Our Refund policy page summarizes how this applies to Wommio and links to Paddle for refund requests.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited as set out in these Terms and mandatory consumer laws where they apply.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
