This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Wommio products and services completed through our checkout where Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. It is designed to align with Paddle’s requirements and the Paddle Refund Policy, which governs eligibility, time limits, and processing for those transactions.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
1. Who processes your payment and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all such orders. Paddle provides customer service for payment-related matters and processes refunds in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
2. How to request a refund
For purchases through Paddle, submit your refund or withdrawal request through Paddle using one of the methods described in the Paddle Refund Policy (for example, the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction email, or Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net).
3. Product and account support
For help using Wommio (features, access, or technical issues with the Service itself), you may contact us via the Contact page. If a problem relates to payment or refund eligibility, Paddle’s team will handle it per Paddle’s policies.
4. Policy updates
We may update this page to stay consistent with Paddle’s published policies or our checkout setup. The Paddle Refund Policy version in effect at the time of your transaction remains authoritative for Paddle-processed orders.
