Terms of Sale (Distance Sales)

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties for digital services purchased on Wommio. Our general Terms of Service also apply.

1. Parties

For purchases completed through our Paddle checkout, Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. Wommio supplies the Service; Paddle processes payment and related buyer services per Paddle’s buyer terms. Buyer: the user who completes checkout.

2. Subject of agreement

The subject is the online delivery of digital services under the package selected by the buyer.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are those displayed at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. General terms of purchase are governed by Paddle’s checkout terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.

4. Service delivery

After payment confirmation, package rights are assigned to the user account.

5. Dispute resolution

Consumer law provisions and competent authorities apply to disputes.
